Organising a house clearance

After we have received your enquiry we will be in contact to talk through your requirements.

We will need to know about access to the property and any parking/waiting restrictions.

We will ask you if there is anything large or unusual in the property.

We will agree a fee.

We will agree a date and a time for the house clearance, we can meet you at the property or make arrangements to collect keys from a third party.

That's it. Leave it to us.

Probate

We realise that this can be an extremely stressful and emotional process and will make it as stress free and simple.

We will deal with your situation with care and consideration and are happy to help.

On the day

We will meet you, or your representative, at the property at the time and date agreed.

We will ask you to show us exactly what you would like done. Also to point out anything which you do not want clearing or removing from the property.

Our team will empty the whole house (excluding anything you want leaving!) shed, garage, loft. We can also remove carpets if required.

When the property is empty, we will give it an industrial clean.

We will then give you a call, and ask you to meet us at the property, to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction.
